I was working on some given assignments and projects a minute back which i had to finish by today. Thankfully, it all got wrapped up nicely, perhaps, it cost #MySleep - yes, it's true, i haven't ev'n slept for ov'r the past 3 nights in a row, but not exactly. I often took some naps in 'tween, though. As of now, it's 6.10am - and suddenly, a thought hit in my head like to make anew blog on #Blogger for helping people who really need to know how to handle customers, esp. disgruntled ones online. With the past 2-3 years of real good experience with handling customers online, i have chosen to get tactics delivered to others, esp. to my team-members who were always up to learn new things from me. So when i resigned off my job, without letting my team know, they felt a bit sad, esp. a few of 'em who were quite close to me. But before leaving the company, i had shared some of my #keynotes with them to help 'em a bit, perhaps, it didn't work because a few days later from resigning and leaving off all social groups, one of my advisers would text me, and asked me about some queries ?related to office work and process ----
So i decided to ask him to make a separate group and to add only those guys who really want to learn and get their skills improvised. On this, most of them felt good so did i.
It's always worth staying in touch with people who respect you, love and always want to be with you. The world is very big but the life is not so why not living around people who love being with you? - simple as that!! And it's always good sharing something of valuable with them who really want to learn from you.
And since then, i have been sharing updates and all things on #Whatsapp group as i once used to do when i was in company; as their support. ''

Also, when i was in company; and handling team, during the time frame of handling new advisers, and giving training to 'em, i observed that most of them need-ed proper training - but of what? - for enhancing their writing skills because "Process Knowledge" is something that you can't provide neither learn in a day, it comes with "Practice" - the more you practice and handle customers online, the more you will get to learn, perhaps, in between that, before process knowledge, how and what will you write or to reply to the customer in what format - decides the level of your skills and sense of homour.
Personally, i have experienced, most advisers/agents get scared when they get to handle very disgruntled customer who is not happy with our service and is there to cancel all the contracts with such unhappiness -
... it becomes quite challenging when you go off track, and the catch is, you can't provide the direct resolution to such customers neither can get their all services/contracts cancelled in a blink of hot seconds - can you? - I really don't think so, of course, until you don't care of receiving any negative survey/feedback from 'em.
Such angry customers have been one of my most fav. ones to handle, of course, not since day one but since I learned how amazing it is to handle customers, smoothly. And to handle any kinda customer, you have to understand his mindset and all - so to help you guys learn something of valuable like how to handle customers online, i have decided to make this blog where i will be posting a regular post or posts once or twice a time in a week or two.

A couple of months back, i dad made blogs on Wordpress when i was in company: https://shivaumwright.wordpress.com/ - it was being processed for helping my team members, but i could never find much amount of time to understand this Wordpress thig. Post that, i ended up with nothing - Today, suddenly a thought hit in my head and guess what? ---- here we are guys. A blog on blogger not on wordpress now ~ i have been using blogger since 2015, and am very familiar with it and its features - very user friendly it is unlikely to Wordpress, obviously.
